02Local operation
The game works without an account or connection once installed. Rules, levels, illustrations and resources required for gameplay are bundled with the app. No advertising, marketing tracking or usage analytics tools are included.
03Information kept on your device
The app privately stores completed levels and stars, separate active puzzles for Voyage and free play, their move and applied-hint counts and undo history, favourites, the last game and mode used, and sound, haptic, motion and text-size preferences. This information supports gameplay and is not sent to Studio501.
Keepsakes, postcards and completed chapters are calculated from completed levels saved on the device. Search filters the local catalogue. These features add no account, synchronisation or remote processing.
04Google Play updates
When the app opens or resumes, the official Google Play service may check for an available update. Google documents that the service uses device metadata, the app version and installed module information to determine update availability and size. Google states that this information is encrypted, is not transferred to third parties and is deleted after a fixed retention period.
The request does not include game progress, stars or preferences. Updates can be postponed. Gameplay remains available without a network or Google Play.
05Retention, backup and deletion
Game data stays on the device until changed or deleted. Android automatic cloud backup and automatic transfer of this data are disabled. Studio501 holds no copy from which deleted progress could be restored.
The in-game clear-data command removes completed levels, stars, favourites and active puzzles in both modes; associated keepsakes and postcards disappear too. Comfort settings are retained. Clearing data in Android settings or uninstalling the app also removes those settings. There is no online account to close.
06Purchases and external links
Google Play manages acquisition and billing. The game does not receive payment-card details and contains no additional purchases.
Support and information links open in your browser when you choose them. The website and browser practices then apply. Essential privacy information is also available inside the game offline.
07Support and your rights
If you email contact@studio501.fr, Studio501 uses your email address and supplied information to respond and follow up. They are not used for advertising. You can request access, correction or deletion at the same address.
Do not send sensitive data or passwords. Support has no access to your device or progress.
08Policy changes
This policy describes this version of Aquarevane. Changes to features or processing will be reflected here with an updated date.
